I'm hoping someone can give me a list of lyme literate doctors in the San Antonio, tx area or the closest to here. I'm positive I have been misdiagnosed for the past ten years. They say i have Systemic Lupus. I believe it is Lymes disease. I had the bullseye rash, but i also remember multiple insect bites, and that it was intensly itchy. I had the fever, stiff neck, jaw, and body aches, like a bad flu. Since then I've been going down hill. I now have what looks like multiple cysts inside my abdomen, doctors here are telling me the only way to get rid of those cysts is if they remove my entire intestines. That wont be happening. Please help me someone out therre who is reading this. I feel like I am dying.

Welcome, Fellow Texan!! I'm a native Texan, living in Missouri. I moved here from San Antonio 11 yrs ago.
I'm glad you found us! I think we can help!!!
There aren't any LLMD's in San Antonio, and hardly any in TX, period.
Your best bet is a dr in Louisiana, and my dr in Springfield, MO.
I know, I know....a long way....But you wanna get well, right?? Both drs will treat with return appointments every 4-6 months....So it's doable!
