Why don't you join in on Lymechat tonight and have a chance to talk about it and get some support?

thanks i think it may have broke. It will take me a day or two to recover. I hate this symptom the most.
Each time, I don't want to ever go through it again.
Not suer what to do to avoid it yet or what cuases it.
Just know I can't open my eyes, watch tv, be on the comptuer...just have to wait it out and throw up with pain and and think life is not worth conitinuing while I have it.
It changes the chemistry in my brain.
it is different than the migraines I got before lyme or whatever knocked me on my but and is keeping me from working and going to school and having a life.

Kam,
That's such an awful symptom, and I'm just glad it's finally broken.
Be gentle with yourself and take it easy the next few days!
My thoughts are with you!
