Just also thought as far as medications ...have you tried patient assistance programs?

If you qualify they may give you prescriptions for free.

you could also try 'needymeds.com',,,never used them but sounded okay. There are downfalls to ALL of this type.

Maybe you can find others with a google search??

I understand that 'Roche' doesnt do the free rochephin anymore since it went generic, and CHEAPER!!

But you might try THEIR site to see for sure they dont have needy assistance!!

Do you have any assets you could 'sell' for drug money(did that sound right)??

Are your parents still alive?? Can you live with them to conserve funds??and use regular living money for geting well??

Are you well enough to 'work' at all??Even a part time place MIGHT help. Specially if boss KNOWS how sick you are and can work around your schedule!!hope you FIND a way!!-just don--

Hi Cuddles,

There may be something in here that will help:

I am terrily disabled. I can barely walk. I am bedridden at parents home in Indiana. I do not have support from them. My mother and father are non supportive. I can barely lift my head. They say approval for Indiana Medicaid is 3 mos. Just for approval. I lost my job. My supervisor was trying to keep me on but Arrogant doctors dismissed my disability. Ever since I've been going downhill. I used up all my money going to different doctors and now I'm broke. Indiana does not give money so I've been told. If someone could research for me about Indiana. I really appreciate it. I do not have family support. Whenever I'm able, I will get on my PDA to post message. I need help. My family do not have much money. I need IV treatment and can not afford it. I appreciate your responses. Thank u so very much.

What happened at your appointment w/Dr. E in NJ? What were your lyme/coinfection test results? When did you return to Indiana?

That's what I was wondering. She was going to drive to MO and now she's bedridden. I'm confused.
