Kimberly, so happy for you.
When you get the packet, start immediately on it. Mine from a different llmd took me 4-8 hours to do since it asked for dates of so many procedures done:
labs, each surgery, mris, catscans, gi info, etc.
if you don't have copies of this info, buy a copy from your drs. office by signing a RELEASE OF INFO. beneficial for you now and later.

YAY!*))!*! GREAT NEWS!!! You know how you can possibly get in sooner if oyu want to try? Call & tell them that you will take any cancellation spots- they have a separate list for people they call then who are willing to race madly there- and you have to be willing to get there quickly! or just stick with March*)!
