To protect what you hold dear please try to remember the following simple rules:

1. Do NOT use your name when posting on the internet. Ever! End of story! No exceptions!

2. NEVER, ever, ever post details about your child or your family members!

3. Do NOT use your doctor's names. No one needs to know that much detail. Protect your doctors as if your life depended on it. Oops! That's right. It does!

4. Do not post your employer's name or contact information and/or your home address or phone number on the internet. EVER!

5. Do not post your insurance companies name.

6. Do not give details as to what treatment you or your family are doing, especially if it is far from the "normal restrictive protocol".

7. Stay away from the sites where there is a lot of trash. If you lay down with the dirty doggies, you wake up with the flea-see weesies.

8. If you are upset by the hateful actions of others, don't let them know it by posting it all over the place. That is what they want; they crave attention. If they see they got a reaction from you, they will continue the harassment.

9. Never respond to an email message or phone call from those you don't know and give details about yourself, your doctor or your treatment.

10. Watch what you say at all times or it could strike back at you like a rattlesnake... and bite you on the butt.

Better safe than sorry!!!!
