Please let me know if you have any suggestions for a good lawyer--
this is another case of mal-treatment of legitimate lyme's case:

2 nationally recognized and published lyme's experts state that i have active neuroboreliosis, which is responding to current treatments (i am blessed this time around -- i've had some rather serious episodes in the last few years)

the insurance company is denying my case because of statements from one doctor who did NOT even recognize the word borrelia, and because of a second doctor in the area who has been known for "dumping" difficult lymes patients...

and the doc who had no idea that borrelia is related to syphillis accused me of "bouncing from doctor to doctor"... so how is it that in any other disease that a sick patient would actually be penalized for seeking expert advice for a medical condition??

we've got to band together... somehow we have to stand up for ourselves and stop the abusive maltreatment of people who are sick!

Is this disability insurance through your former employer or are you talking about medical insurance?

If it is disability, is it an ERISA plan? If so, you will need an ERISA attorney.

Here is the message sent by AZURE WISH:

-------------------------------------------------
Hi Betty

I see in a post you asked for the names of good disabilty lawyers.

Mine was awesome. He took care of everything. I never even had to go to his office.

If he needed to know something he just called. Which was really good for me cuz going anywhere was a big problem.

To this day I wouldnt know him if I fell over him [Smile]

Here is his info:

Bross abd Group, PA.
Members of PA and NJ bars

David S. Bross

102 Browning Lane
Building C-1
Cherry Hill NJ 08003

phone for cherry hill, nj

(856)795 8880

phone for egg harbor, NJ

(609) 804 1070

If you give his name to anyone and they would like to ask me how he was tell them to just pm me.

so to contact AZURE WISH, go to DIRECTORY at top of page, go to left hand side and on 1st line where you can type in a name, type hers in there. click enter.

will bring up her profile; go to right hand upper corner, and send her a private message from there asking about this lawyer.

i started a thread on this to list them as we get any good names; only a few on there.

i don't have time to do a search for it myself, if anyone does, please post the link here so we can get this info on there IF it isn't already....thanks! [group hug]
