Thanks for all your encouragment! I just go through periods of the day where I get paranoia and I feel like I can't take it anymore.
I really feel that the psych symptoms are the worst for me. It is just really overwhelming. I need to have my kids tested, but I don't have the $4k to do it right now. We were in a financially hard place BEFORE I was dx.
I feel bad for my kids, because they are suffering...not just from me not being emotionally there for them , but they have a lot of symptoms of Lyme and I want them to get better, too!
How do I focus on getting myself well while also trying to take care of kids?

Lymetoo, So you don't think they need the whole panel done? That would save me a TON of money! What about testing for co-infections? Would they already know they have those as well because I do (It would be congenital).

Hmmm... interesting point about it being congenital. Maybe they wouldn't need all of the testing.
I think it's a good place to begin and would help you be able to figure out what to do next.
I THINK the best coinfection testing is through Fry Lab in AZ. And it's MUCH cheaper than Igenex.
But do the Lyme testing at Igenex.
Some of the tests in the panel are overkill in my opinion. Nice to have but if you can't afford, then don't do it. The 188 and 189 may come back + and that is all you would need.
hugs!!
