I never had a back problem my whole life,,now my back ,,lower,,is so painful,,mostly in bed,that I can;t sleep,or get upright,,feel like I could fall backwards,actually have,,any hope for this over time? :

I too am experiencing this lovely reaction - what we need to remember is that the drugs are working, hence the muscle pain, discomfort, etc.

It's part of the "herx" reaction - or so says my doctor. It will pass in a few weeks. Take Tylenol or Ibuprofin PM to help you sleep and to help with the pain - that's what my doctor said to do...it works!

How about a good chiropractor ?
Probably can help decrease the pain thru the herx.
