Check out Mark Bittman's short talk about what's wrong with what we eat, at http://www.ted.com/index.php/talks/view/id/263

While he is not addressing lyme disease directly, he is discussing very important fundamental aspects of our diet and health. He is pretty convincing!

Processed foods are a problem. But the guy mixes so many truths with misnomers its worthless in my vision.
To bad because hes right about the way we use to eat .
Cut processed out like white bread personaly I can a lot of food grown in garden I use to hunt and can the deer meat. The more naturally things are raised the better but this is not utopia Always thank God for your food.
