The Canadian Lyme Disease Foundation is organizing a quiet recognition of Lyme Sufferers, to draw attention to the inadequate testing in Canada for Lyme disease and co-infections. This is not a demonstration. Everyone is welcome to attend and we ask for your support by coming out, whether you have Lyme disease or someone you know.
When: Friday, July 4, 2008 Time: 11:30 am until 1:00 pm Where: Manitoba Legislature outside main entrance
There will be simultaneous rallies nationwide on the same day in Vancouver, Kamloops, Edmonton, Winnipeg, and Toronto. Each location will hold a 2 minute silence for those lost to Lyme disease.
Please bring with you bottled water, a chair if you need one, a hat, and sunglasses. Signs will be made up and distributed. The media will be invited. Forward this invitation to everyone you know in or near Winnipeg

Physicians are recommended to attend the evening session to avoid media 7:00 until 9:30.
