Happy birthday Just Julie! I think about our walk that day lots too -- I think about you when I cross the bridge and drive by your town too!
I'm finally better to the point that I can walk my dog almost every day. Yay!
Hope you are well! And happy happy birthday neighbor!
Alison

hey Charlie, I've yet to let a horse give me a kiss since that happened in 1999 . . . I've been tempted, but I've held myself back !!!
Now, we did have a resident cow in the neighborhood. His name was Presley. He was a BABY when my neighbors brought him into their front facing pasture, to keep their horse (big one) company . . . well Presley and I developed quite the bond. He came when I called him, and loved getting a scratch behind his ears, his neck, and his withers ---- alas, California being what it is with the real estate market, these folks had the bank take their house, Presley had to go, and I've been without my cow love for awhile.
I'll never forget telling my mini horse biting my lip story. I guess you haven't either Charlie!
I'm glad the hurricane didn't sweep you and yours away----I still prefer earthquakes to hurricanes. I guess living in California does that to a person !
