Hi all.

Haven't seen or heard anything from my friends Just Don, Cobweb or others lately.

Kind of worried. [shake]

If you are out there and see this post, sending you positive thoughts and prayers.

Please know that you are truly missed.

Cobweb sometimes post on lymenet Europe. She seems to be doing okay--got a job, but gave up internet at home so does not post much. I believe she is banned from lymenet here.

Where is Don?

It would be nice if Cobweb could post on both forums. I have read on LNE that she is reaching out trying to help people here through posts over there.

I don't know why she was banned, but maybe she could be allowed back??

I was overwhelmed when I read all that she has been through...and yet she still is thinking of how to help others.

From Lymenet detention hall.

Darn! I think Lou is off right now.

Not that he doesn't deserve it....

It's just that when I've pm'd the other moderators,

I've never gotten a response....never.

Maybe we can try....or wait for Lou to return.

I'm willing to start a thread

Requesting release of Ms. Cobby from Lymenet Siberia.

Let me know what you guys think.

Hugs,

Geneal

That's a really funny heading - lolol. I have already sent in my request to Lou, wherever he is. If she comes back, does Walter Mitty get to come back too?

I miss Sarah too.

She was an incredible greeter.

Always the first to put the "Welcome" mat out for newbies.

Also really loved her goat stories.

(Especially since we had two goats at one time).

I pray that her life has gotten better and that

Maybe just maybe....

She can come back and say hello every once in a while.

Of course not at the risk of her family though.

Hugs,

Geneal,
Sarah (CA Lyme) was the reason I was able to get my (and my sons) lyme treated---she was the first (and only) person to give me the name of the famous LLMD in San Fran (CA) and off we went on the road to lyme treatment! I doubt we would have had the success that we had, without her coming to greet me online, and emailing me with info . . .

I miss Cobweb. I'll never forget the one (maybe more?) threads that she, Cave and others (and me) had ourselves a gut splitting laugh on . . . hilarious, and at no ones expense . . .well, maybe her's, since it wasn't long after that they (you guys know who I'm talking about) left, or got "banned".

lymenet, hmmm. gotta wonder sometimes.

Hey gang- I miss you all, too.

I posted a message here for Geneal when her daughter went through a rough time- I guess that message didn't get through.

I know some of you are turned off to LNE-but this is my only way to communicate with you, and offer whatever support or experience I have -so why not take a sightseeing cruise once in a while-and if I am responding directly to you- i.e. Geneal, or Merrygirl, or CD57 or whomever don't be afraid to open it and read.

Meanwhile you all know how to SOB anything you don't want to get involved in.

I am temporarily without internet at home, so I duck into the library or church office from time to time to check in. I appreciate the support and hope we can stay in touch.

I am very comfortable here at LNE-not sure why the latest banning took place-without comcast I can't open any e-mails to that address, so no point sending anything there.

I am back at work-an afternoon/evening job-good thing- I need all morning to get the kinks worked out so I can move and sound coherent! [Smile]

BTW-for Robin123- Walter Mitty is on a secret assignment with Pedro south of the border!

Best Wishes my friends,
Carol Cobwebby

ps- I was really worried about you Geneal with the latest storm that headed your way. You were definitely in my prayers. I am so relieved to see that you are all right.

The greater part of our happiness or misery
depends on our dispositions,
and not on our circumstances.

My vote probably won't count for much, as I've usually avoided posting over the years, but I vote negative to Cobweb posting here again.

She, along with a handful of others, has been spending considerable time bad-mouthing me - all over a post I made on this forum - in another forum.

Frankly I've had my fill of their lies about me and I hope that the guilty parties aren't allowed back on this forum.

That's my 2 cents.

I probably won't get a vote on this subject, but my vote is a resounding "NO."

Cobwebby - a person whom I know very little about - has seen fit to spend much of her time badmouthing me on another board. Why? I don't rightly know, but it seems to have stemmed entirely from a post I made about a book I had written.

A couple of others - both of them banned here from what I gather - joined in on the fray as well.

I've seen enough to know that I hope none of those three ever post here again.

Oh no you DIDN'T!!!! [tsk]

It's apparent that you "know very little about" her.

Those that are posting that they care about her, miss her and want her back are the people who truly KNOW her.

Who asked for your nasty off-subject input anyway? [rant]

To come into this thread & post that was just LOOKING for a fight.

Why would you do that to others who are sad & upset? [shake]

I know enough about her to know she's been smearing me all over the Internet and that she did so long before I'd ever heard of her.

She isn't the worst offender, but she most definitely is guilty.

I'm not looking for a fight; I voiced an opinion that is based on my experience with her. Your experience may differ, but that does not alter mine.
