I am on doxycycline, zithromax, mepron, cef? and flagyl toward end of week.

dealing with lyme (Bb) and babesia, for now.

Even with nausea medication, i am not able to keep drugs down all the time. I am weak, tired, having lots of nerve pain, get very hot , then very cold....

I am at the point where just thinking about taking meds is making me nauseous. Any suggestions?

I have to get well! I can't stop taking these meds. I actually had a good day last week. But this is tough...

anybody else gone through this? Any suggestions.

Really sick, scared and pretty much alone in this...

I feel for you.

Nausea has always been one of my worst symptoms, but for the past week, it has been extremely bad.

Suffered through dry heaves this morning, and it took everything in me to get a glass of water and swallow all of my pills.

I also have babesia and lyme.

Mepron can cause nausea....how are you taking your meds?

A couple of thoughts.

I once did malarone and minocycline.

Was so sick! Vertigo. I have two small children.

Can't do that. [Eek!]

Problem was that I started two new meds on the same day.

Didn't know which one was the problem. [dizzy]

I learned greatly from that experience.

Now I always add in one new med at a time.

I've had a Rx for plaquenil that is filled,

But since having herx reactions from Cipro (new too)

I just haven't added it in yet.

May want to start over with just the mepron/zith combo.

See if you are okay with it.

Then add in one antibiotic at a time.

Other thing I thought of was there have been some posts regarding nausea.

There are some home remedies out there.

Do a search under nausea.

I do recall ginger being used for it, but don't know how or how much.

I sure hope you get to feeling better.

I think the hot/cold feeling is part of a babesia herx.

This happens to me too.

I am on mepron/biaxin/cipro/diflucan.

I was hot yesterday then had chills. [shake]

Hugs,

Geneal

Hang in there. There is light at the end of this tunnel. I got so very sick and tired of my protocol, but it got me better. I know you can do it!

I'm sorry you are so sick and tired of being sick and tired of all those meds. I hope the situation lightens up soon!
