I just wanted to let everyone know that I will be posting the information for Operation Green Santa 2008 by the end of the month.

For the newbies here, you can do a search in Medical or General and go to the post that says Operation Green Santa if you need to read more.

But here's the short version:

We know that families with Lyme have a difficult time trying to meet all their medical expenses, work, and take care of their sick ones.

For the last few years we have helped our LymeNet families that were strapped financially with Christmas for their children. This will be our 7th year of assisting LymeNet families so they can enjoy the holidays and have presents under the tree for their kids.

Because we have had so many generous Green Santas out there in the past, we are also able to help some adults as well. But of course, the children will come first.

All the help for Operation Green Santa is done by individuals on the board.

See you soon,

Green Santa

i'm still confused about one thing tho.

do we put our return address on the package? or do they know who we are? or is it anonymous?

this year i might like adults cause i've never had children but i need real specific items, like name brand, etc. that helps me a lot.

for women, no problem-0

It is totally up to you whether you want to put your return address on the package or not. I do not tell them who their Santa is. Some people want to stay anonymous and some don't.

Hope this helps.
