It was difficult for me to go to work in the first place.
I never knew when I was going to have a good day.
I never had time to rest, but at least I had money coming in so i could pay a dr!
I had just enough money to cover rent and other bills, food, the lyme doctor, and travel expenses getting to the lyme doctor every month.
Now...I don't have that.
Everyone got laid off because the company ran out of money.
I don't know what to do, and I'm continually getting worse.
Now I have just enough money to pay rent this month, and that's about it.
I'm not trying to complain, it's just...you ever feel like you can't catch a break?
I feel like I'm dying daily, but there's was this light, this tiny speck of light in the distance and now there is nothing.

miranda,
i'm so sorry to read this.
please go to my newbie links, copy the entire thing, and then print this off....
financial burdens compiled by melanie reber pages 74 - 92; outstanding info there.
also in my table of contents, for FINANCIAL BURDENS, i believe there are a few more general comments there without links!! print that off too as it's newer info from members thru their own personal, tragic experiences.
thoughts and prayers headed your way..

Miranda I'm so sorry. It is really difficult to work while with Lyme. The mornings especially really suck sometimes. The thing is - it is bad for business all over the place. Where I work it was been so slow for many months. It is very scarey. Maybe you should talk to your doctor about disability? I'm just thinking while things are tough in the job market, you could get some healing rest and still have some money coming in. Maybe your doctor will adjust his office call rate or have some ideas for you? These are tough times. I hope you have friends and family to help you get through this. Good luck and get well soon. Go immediately and apply for unemployment.
It isn't much, but may ease the financial burden for a while.
May allow you some time to find another job and/or heal.
Remember, God never closes a door without opening a window.
Hugs,
