I would like to try the natural route first. Has anything "non rx" helped you with your anxiety?

Lymetoo - Where do you buy the Nerve Blend SP-14? I'd like to buy some.

Try Sam-e. It has helped me tremendously. If you have a CostCo close by - they have a good price for it. -p

Another form of treating anxiety symptoms I found useful was reading a couple of books by Claire Weekes.
"Peace From Nervous Suffering"
and
"Hope and Health for Your Nerves"
I've been on Klonopin 1 mg daily since 1998 to keep my anxiety down to the level I can stand. After reading these books, my anxiety levels went down considerably.
Just a thought
