I'm not familar with such a cook book, BUT that does not mean it isn't out there. Will bring your note up in hopes that if someone knows of one, they can mention it.
I do know that many of us here use the Whole Approach web page for candida type recipes and there are other web sites with recipes that fit our diet restrictions.
Hopefully you will find what you are looking for.

I think it is an excellent idea. Seems like I recall someone starting one a while back but don't know what happened with it.

I would LOVE to see that, I have been searching for recipes. I am going to try some gluten free stuff since it appears that seems to help with inflammation.

katc, there have been many listed over the last couple of years and there was a post in Off topic about recipes. I used some in a community cookbook. lmt

Yep, wholeapproach.com 'forum' section is full of amazing recipes. I've gotten a couple of candida cookbooks since I started that kind of eating, and they weren't quite as good as the recipes from the forum contributors at wholeapproach.
it's not specifically low-carb, and if you're also avoiding dairy, you might find a lot of recipes with butter or cheese, but there are such good simple recipes in there. It's mostly very simple stuff with four or so ingredients- nothing very complicated, so it's probably great for tired Lyme patients.
