Hello, I have MCS so I know what you are talking about. I found a product about 8 years ago on a MCS website. Everyone raved about it. My whole family has been using it the past 7 years and really like it.

Oh yea, Baking soda is good too.!! Haven't tried with Vinegar, I'll have to do that. I use it when I want a little extra punch with the Botanic Gold.

Baking soda is better & easier than any cleaning product I've ever bought. It makes my white tiles sparkle like nothing else.
It takes a brush or scrub pad. Leave on for 15 minutes then rinse.
Cheap too. 2 lb box @ Wally World $1.06.

Baking soda is great, as others have said. Another great product is Bon Ami.
But the best tip I have for shower cleaning is to buy one of those handheld showerheads. Then you can much more easily wash/rinse the walls of the shower.
This is especially good if you have mobility/pain issues.
And you can then use the handheld showerhead to wash things in your bath tub, like cat litter boxes, dirty trash cans, mini blinds, etc.

For those of you that have those 'plastic' tub surrounds. Careful what you use.
Nothing abrasive,,just soft scrub etc.
'some' cleaners make it brittle,,,actually MOST cleaners do,,and leads to premature cracking.
for SURE not those things that spray the shower clean after use!!!
Ceramic tile and grout is the BEST surround,,prettiest too,,,lots of neat combos to use as a pattern, but it CANT leak.
And seeing those idiots on TV placing tile over sheetrock of ANY kind is a sure fire way to do over.
there is a whole process to installing tile and here is not the place, IF you need that info PM me!!
As for cleaning it,,,I defer to the great advice above form the EXPERT domestic engineers!!!being--just don-

My cat used to jump in with me when cleaning the shower, so I started using Rose's Sweetened Lime Juice to remove limescale and mineral deposits. It got his paws sticky, but he could lick it off no harm done. If we can drink it, it sure is safe.
