Hello everyone, i am trying to turn around my
attitude about my mold situation, so I
thought I'd list my positive progress
1) I removed all the carpet in my son's room
2) I removed a large area of wallboard near the leaky pipe and found no hidden mold
3) My friend has gave me some professional mold zapper to do clean-up
4) I have finished removing all the moldy insulation in laundry room
5) I have a nice smooth cement floor under the plywood (that the previous owner installed, what we're they thinking?) in the laundry room, I can remove it
6)The pipe is has only leaking a little, I am going to try to fix it myself this weekend
Progress, slow and steady, I may crash when I am done but I will get it done (is that a positive statement?)
