I have realized lately that I am letting lyme consume my life. I am trying to break out of the mode of thinking "I am lyme." into the mode of thinking "I have a disease, but I need to be in the real world."
I received so much support from all of you on Lymenet, but I need to take a break from the internet and from constant thinking about lyme, so I won't be posting for awhile.
Feel free to PM me. See ya in a few months.

Hiker,
Good for you! Enjoy it and thanks so much for the reminder that we have a disease, but aren't defined by the disease.
