Feelfit (who ate a whole pint of mint chocolate chip in one sitting) I needed some coconut fat to enhance my Mepron, so I am allowed [Big Grin]

Edited to add: Click on products and then Purely Decadent. It is also sweetened with agave...which is a plus.

Agave is a sweetener.

How sweet is it?

Aw TuTu, I wasn't paying attention. I guess it wasn't really THAT sweet, cause I can't tolerate sugary things.....blllleeeeccccckkkkk.

This was just a nice yummy treat without a cloyingly sweet aftertaste etc.

Agave is a sweetner, the nectar of a cactus.

Agave is low on the glycemic index and okayed for diabetics.

I would not eat this everyday, esp. a pint of it!!!!

I can't have this in the house as I find myself scrapping the bottom of the container after thinking I am just going to have a few bites.

So, it is a treat for me once and awhile.

So far I've only tried the vanilla bean and coconut, but I look forward to trying the rest. Yummy!

Too bad my doc put me on a no sugar/yeast diet for a month or more and I won't be able to finish up the rest of the coconut sitting in my freezer. [Frown]

This is so good that it is hard to put the spoon down. I can't have it in my freezer as it just calls to me when I'm too tired to eat. Conversations with self: "Ah, just one bite. Hah! Okay, a quarter cup. Really? Well, then, just a bit on top of berries?"

While this stuff does taste great, and even with good coconut milk and low glycemic agave, this is packed with calories. Be mindful of that so that it does not sneak up on you or your thighs. I think I'm wearing a pint or two. It is no longer allowed to be home alone with me without bring company over to share.

THANK YOU.

This looks great, and I am excited to try the coconut milk beverage too. It will be nice to have an alternative drink other than the usual almond milk.
