I'm trying to follow the no yeast, no sugars diet. I eat fish or chicken twice per week, lots of raw and steamed veggies, plenty of salt, and small doses of fruit.

I would appreciate any comments or suggestions as to what has worked for you. I've read all of the newbie links, and am interested in personal

fine tuning of my intakes.

I'm completely off of Levaquin and Mepron, and switch to IV Rocephin (twice daily), Flagyl, and Urso next week.

Thanks in advance, GM

I think it looks good. Very similar to my list except for the prostate supplement! ha-ha

I do Vit D3 sublingual and Olive Leaf Extract for my EBV & HPPV-6 viruses.

The question is -- how do you feel on these supplements? Do you think you are getting enough immune support?

Glad to see the fish oil. Excellent. and CoQ10, too.

Is this your vitamin? http://www.cljhealth.com/centrum.htm

-------

Overall, your magnesium level looks low (500 mg/ day). I've been told to take 1,000 mg or more. So, if you have any central nervous system "wired" symptoms, more may be helpful.

Calcium, too, is important to increase if magnesium is increased. Calcium helps keep cholesterol lower, too.

Hmm? You say: "I eat fish or chicken twice per week. . ." end quote.

What are your other sources of protein, then? Protein really helps our liver make glutathione and our hearts and muscles, too. Protein 3 x a day is best.

Eggs are excellent for many reasons (the myth has been busted).

Grass fed, free range, beef or buffalo are splendid but also lentils, tofu (if you do soy - there is some controversy about that regarding thyroid), nuts and even the grain Qunioa ("keen-wa") has a good amino acid content.

Stevia may be a nice sweetener for you. It just takes a tiny amount. Stevia is from a plant.

the next time you need to get more multi vitamins, you might check out the choices here:

www.vrp.com

Vitamin Research Products

I am very impressed with what I've taken from them. They tell you when the date vitamins were made and they don't sit around in a warehouse for a long time. It's hard to know with many brands just how old they are - or if they've been subjected to high temperatures.

They also have great articles.

I think that's a greaet idea that you are looking for feedback - I might just do the same sometime soon...

One thing my LLMD would say is definately increase your Vitamin C - she basically told me I could take a LOT of it - I have been taking about 2-3,000 mg but more is okay too.

Thanks to all who replied. I will increase my vitamin C, and Magnesium. I do also eat beef, and always try to

have a solid protein source at each meal. I'm drinking soy milk, as I am unsure if regular milk is

allowed. Can anyone expand on this fact? What about rice milk? Obviously, with as little sugar as possible.

I'm very weak, tire easily, have sore neck,

shoulders, elbows, and a very weak grip with my left hand. I sleep quite poorly, and am lucky to get 6

hours a night. (Even with RX sleep medications.)

My current exercise program consists of a 2 mile walk at dawn, and stretching exercises.

Tomorrow in my first I.V.. I'll get pulsed twice a day for 4 days, then have 3 days off, rinse, lather, repeat.

Again, thank you to all who have responded. I genuinely welcome any and all suggestions.

GM

Hopefully you are eating sea salt(full of minerals) and not table salt. Increasing Vitamin C would be very good also,

Gael
