Hey guys... I was wondering if people who have had even some success might want to share what's worked for them?

Mine was:
Heavy duty ABX (IV and oral)
Staying on ABX even through the worst--no unapproved breaks.
Healthy natural foods
Physical therapy
Exercise (once I could again)

Aniko,

I'd like to know what you went through, sick and the herxing.

One of the toughest things for me to figure out, and often the scariest is....you're taking these medicines, and get SO sick, and wonder if it really is okay to feel as bad as you do.

It's subjective and hard to always describe or put into words, but I often would like to hear what that 'the worst' is.

I get so sick sometimes, I honestly find it hard to even understand. I haven't died, but honestly....I've wondered many times if this process was killing me. Sorry, not trying to be dramatic, but Im always looking for what others went through in order to get better.

And....wow, I'm glad you feel so much better.

-M
