Thanks Betty. Wish you could come. Would love to meet you in person.

That is one nice thing about the Conferences you get to put faces to the names.

Hugs
Linda

i thought about it; lots of long-distance driving!!

i'm still working on putting a SMALL-scale conference on here showing under our skin and getting a llmd dr. to speak, etc.

if you read my post on talking to hospital foundation fundraising "free steak/chicken supper" the other night, that's what i've started working on.

i'll be showing UOS on aug. 1 in our public library.

tomorrow, got get busy and get things typed up to newspaper for advertising since library will NOT do anything this time.

You are doing a lot. Will the library let you at least hang a flyer in the window or door where people walk in? It would be nice if that would at least let you do that.

Good Luck with your projects. I truly know how much time all of these projects take. It took us a couple months with the USO and now several months with the Conference. Nothing is easy.

Hugs
Linda

Hey, let's get this back to the Michigan Lyme Disease Association Conference on August 22nd in Pontiac MI !!

Here is some important new information from Linda:

<< For anyone that wishes to attend the Michigan Lyme Conference and needs to book hotel rooms. You have until July 31st. If you call to make your reservations and they don't have any more rooms available, please contact me directly 1-888-784-5963 or email [email protected]

I have just blocked off additional rooms so hopefully you won't run into any problems. I just found out today that the first block of rooms were all taken.

If anyone is having financial difficulties, I do have some funds that were donated in order for people to attend that wanted to attend. So I can wave the registration costs of the Conference if that will help.

We have a great day planned with several Vendors attending as well. We even have an Author coming who will be doing book signings.

Plus other books from Authors that couldn't attend, but wanted to make their books available.

I do hope you will all will consider attending this event.
Registration forms can be printed off our website at www.mlda.org just click on the brochure to bring it up. >>
