Hey Jill - I hope you aren't allergic to birthdays! Ok, that's a joke! Hope you're having a happy one!

Thanks, I did have fun (or as much celebrating as one can do on a gluten-free, sugar-free diet!) Spent lots of time with family and friends.
Thanks again for the good wishes!

You could have been named Lil, but your Mom loved the name of Jill.
You were never a pill and used to sit by your window sill...
You love standing at the top of the hill and looking down at the old water mill.
Happy Birthday my Calif. friend, Jill.

Thank you everyone!
OK, I gave in and had tastes of hot fudge sundae when they brought the free birthday dessert, but shared with the rest of the family!
I'm usually not this much of a stickler on a super-strict diet except gluten-free is 100% and has been pre-Lyme, but Babesia treatment seems to possibly stirred up the dreaded yeast.
Feelfit, I was curious about the coconut ice cream. Thanks for the tip - I've been seeing it in more and more health food stores.
Betty, love the poem! I never was a pill pre-Lyme, now I take a lot of pills!
Thanks again everyone!
Hugs, Jill
