I had not heard of this movie until today while browsing thru titles.

Has anyone viewed the movie since it came out?

Is it worth the viewing?

I saw it - I thought it was pretty good, but it's really not about Lyme - it's kind of a coming of age story set in Long Island in the late 1970's.
The story is really about family relationships, and in it the neighbor, who is not a main character, has Lyme. Imo Lyme is used kind of as a metaphor of all the frightening, unexpected things life can throw at you, and how you can't really protect yourself from them. It's not a movie about Lyme disease - but it's an interesting movie (and I could sure relate to the mom's fear of ticks and wanting to duct-tape her son's sleeves to keep him safe).

It's not really about Lyme. I'd say save your money for Under Our Skin.
