We have most info by state. I don't know if bettyg has an insurance list or not. I don't think so.

Post this in Seeking a Doctor for more help.

I can't possibly keep up with something that complex. Doctors take on an drop insurance carriers quickly with Lyme Disease. I've tried to keep my list updated but no matter what, it's always outdated unless I call each doctor daily -- literally.

So, unfortunately no. But, you can get a list by state.

Contact me, I have a far better list than the LDA, but it still has it's limitations.

ll, NO, i don't have any such list by insurance companies; too big of a job, and keeping it up would be IMPOSSIBLE as mike stated.

mike's got the best list available .. [Smile]
