somebody at the dentist office yesterday asked what i was doing for halloween and i said "hiding".

she thought i was being funny so i didn't explain.

the thought of getting up and down all night poops me out.

but i think i'll go as dolly pardon....ya know, if it's bagging, sagging, or drooping or pooping....gotta be me....

When you give out goodies, hand them a Lyme Disease flyer or tick card..

this will be the 1st year i'm not present to hand out candy to the kids; not sure how hubby will handle this since he's in his lift-out chair and takes 3-4 minutes to get up/down!

i'm going to my classmates' 60th birthday party; food, karioke...he does this as often as possible!!, and friends galore there to visit with.

of course, will have to be super cautious for all those ghosts/goblins/miley cyrus' etc!

i've the cutest halloween sweatshirt but the legion hall will be SO HOT ... so will have to dress cool!

i've got halloween pumpkins that light up; but i gave up on that; $10 batteries last 3-4 hrs. at most!! batteries cost more than what i paid to buy them!! spooky ...

yes, you'd be a great DOLLY PARTON from our pms to each other!! [lol] [lol]

I do have some orange horns I'll probably wear. Wore them last year.

All I need them for is to hand out candy!

Guinea hen hahha!

I'm going to go to the dermatologist in the morning and get restalyne injections to my lower lip so it is nice and plump for photo and video opportunities. Then I am going to put on some subdued clown makeup, a cheap suit and get some botox injected into every tiny wrinkle in my face. After that I am going to go trick or treating with my gang of like minded friends to some local farms. If nobody is home, I will just sit out in the pasture with the horned cows and and reflect on how nice it is that chronic lyme doesn't exist. Any guess who I will be?

I made my boys' costumes--Wesley is a bat, and Wayde is Spongebob.

I found an old majorette uniform from my high school in my closet, so I put that on last night for our church's Fall Fest.

My township actually did trick or treat on Thursday night, so we're done.

You guys are SO funny! [Big Grin]

Didn't put together a costume, but am going trick-or-treating with little neices and nephew tonight.

So, I'm going as a rear guard. [Roll Eyes]

BettyG-I love karaoke! Course, for me to sing, I have to have a glass or two of liquid courage.

Happy halloween everyone!

Took Rosie out to toilet and couldn't get back to the apartment.

Main Street is blocked off for Trick or Trunk or Trunk and Treat or something

Cars are parked with trunks open along Main Street

Looks like a promising night for the kids.

They even have the big boom box ready to go...

In my dreams, I was a giant tick and went to visit all the ID docs. They gave me candy and I gave them TBI's.

I went as a ..... spirochete. I have to laugh about this horrible disease or I will cry about it.

Reaso why I chose spirochete...I was at a party with a bunch of nurses! Lots of education going on there!

The nurse who was most interested in my costume was a nurse for a rheumotolgist. She said they see alot of lyme patients. I am going to get the doics name from the hostess of the party - maybe another doc to add to the list!

I wore a t-shirt with a bulls-eye on it and wrapped some dryer venting around me.
