Is there anyone else who is having trouble getting their drops from A.I.?

I sent my third saliva sample and money off to them about five weeks ago, maybe more.

I wonder if this is normal? Yup, I've emailed them and gotten zero response.

hi, sorry you are having problems,

i had so many i just gave up. i sent them a request for my money back listing the reasons why i was unhappy but they don't give refunds,and they also didn't try to make it right by answering my questions or in any other way.
you can't criticize AI or question AI here. i really was hurt by the lack of support or negating my thoughts on the thread. i think you should be able to say how things are working for you good or bad as long as you are not attacking or being overly negative.
i hope you get your drops and it works for you. Since, you can't get your money back you can only keep trying,. the 2 rounds i got took almost 5 months back and fourth. good luck and take care
