Below I have listed stuff that has worked for me.

I am looking for more suggestions to help me and any other readers who might be interested, so please add your input and ideas. Thanks!

Supps:
DMAE
Phosphadytl Serine and choline
5HTP
Threelac

Abx:
Rocephin: Boy, do I miss it. The only time I felt smart in the past 20 years was when I was on I.V. Rocephin. Ah, those were the days.

Therapies/other:
1. Neuro-Chiropractic: Dr. said my corpus callosum wasn't working. Seems to fit the confusion/Dyslexia-type feelings I get.

2. Parasite cleansing: Definitely felt a boost in intelligence after finishing.

3. Cross-crawl type exercises, e.g., Doman/Delecato methods, Brain Gym

4. Left-brain/right brain games, e.g., Lumosity, Mensa-like books. They actually HURT to do, so I know something is working.

Note: I have no commercial interests in the brand names I have posted. They just happen to have worked for me.

Source Naturals Resveritrol, as detailed by Stephen Buhner, cleared up my mind for a few days, until I stopped due to kidney pain.

Great suggestions.

CBT is an interesting choice, Clarissa. I thought that was used for behavioral issues. Can you let me know how you used it? I would like to Google more info. Thanks!

Carol, sorry you had to stop. That sounds very interesting, and I will look into it. I just HATE it when I have to stop something that is working because of some other kind of damage. Arrgh.

I suppose this falls into the "other" category.

Not sure if it qualifies for this topic, but I find it to be helpful and a good barometer of how I'm doing.

I play mahjong on the computer.
