you don't need reverse osmosis, it's a waste. You get a fluoride filter which is just alumina, and you place it before the carbon filter. I don't think i've seen pitchers with both, but under the counter faucet kinds have that. You can search online for different companies that sell the whole setup and it's much cheaper than buying it at a store usually... that and most stores (at least here in hilljack Indiana) don't carry fluoride filters. (heeehaawww whuts dat der fluuuriade yur talkin bout??) <= that's what they say when I ask for a fluoride filter around here.

I haven't seen any for PUR or other pitcher style filters. Yes, I know it's ridiculous about this fluoride business...
I tried the Aquasana but it didn't seem all that much better than the PUR faucet mount. The replacement filters are double the cost of the PUR ones & I don't really taste much of a difference in the water...
Who knows...? You may want look into the Berkey filters. They have elements that filter fluoride, I believe.
