Decided to try the computer-based No Rift Rife (www.noriftrife.com) where you download a program, hook up an amp (I bought their mini amp) and electrodes to the amp. I hobbled downstairs with my knee pain, connected two electrodes to my back and had two under my feet (they have hand-held ones that you can also put under your feet as well as sticky electrodes that you can stick anywhere). I felt the tingle and all that, ran all three of their Lyme scripts a couple of times, and was AMAZED when I went back up the stairs with NO KNEE PAIN!! There is no other reason for the knee pain to be gone -- I hadn't taken any pain relievers or anything. Just did the treatments. Surprisingly, the knee pain hasn't returned to the level it was before -- I just feel slight twinges here & there. I also ordered another rife machine (a no-contact one for my daughter), and I'm glad I did, because I really believe this is working. Am still on abx but will ask the doc if I can try going off of them and just doing the rife. Have been on abx for about 4 months now.

Oh, I forgot to add, I herxed like crazy after the treatments, too. My eyes burn when I herx, and I also get really tired, a stiff back and a cloudy mind. But the knee pain is gone -- yeah!

Wow.. it didn't do much for me. So glad it's working for your pain. That is amazing.
If you have only had Lyme for 4 mo I would suggest continuing abx for awhile yet. You don't want to miss your window of opportunity.

- Nellie,
Although you are using a different sort of set-up, if you herxed like crazy, you might want to cut the time in half next time.
I also hope you got safety instructions. With most rife machines treatment for lyme should be limited to a certain number of minutes no more than every 12-14 days. To do more can run the risk of kidney damage due to all the toxic die-off (that causes the herx).
Other things can be treated during those 2-week breaks between lyme frequency treatments, though.
Do you do a treatment for inflammation right after the lyme frequency treatment? For those of us with the other kinds of rife, that is required and will help reduce herx effects.
Also be sure to drink lots of water and keep up your electrolytes and minerals, etc. manufacturer also gave you the necessary guidelines for safety.
I assume you have Bryan Rossner's rife book - that is very, very helpful even if you have a different kind of set up - as it gets into how to manage herx, etc.
Good luck. -
