- Yeah, but if I had relied solely on what I thought was my common sense at many points in my life, I'd have gotten nowhere fast (and that is exactly where I landed often thinking I knew all I needed to know about this or that).
It's not so much about believing but about learning, considering, comparing, exploring . . . and then, years later having an "ah-hah" moment and wishing we had known then what we know now.
Still, there is much good in listening to our own instinct. Some say they know in a split second whether something is right or not. The book, "The Tipping Point" speaks to this. It's very interesting how we make split second decisions. -

That's awesome! The more learn about the human body, the more I realize how little is known. Even things held as truth 50 years ago now seem ridiculous. I find this very encouraging, becuase that means anything (including healing from Lyme) is completely possible!
