I'm worried since I've heard of two separate patients having difficulty getting a response from Dr. J's new office in DC over the past few weeks after they'd left repeated messages. One is a new patient and one an existing patient. I heard this after I wasn't able to get through a looping phone tree myself.
Is the office still open? Are they accepting patients? I know there were snowstorms, but would that explain not answering phones or calling patients back? Has anyone else had similar difficulties or know what might be happening? I hope everything is okay with all he's going through.

I don't know anything about that office, but I heard from a government office that was closed for more than 2 weeks due to the snowstorms, and was very backed up with their work afterwards.
