Would appreciate help with a request from Charlie Bradley's wife Jenny... (he was Buzzard on here for the last million years.) he died 12-21 unexpectedly.
so I NEED SOME HELP....
any of you guys who have known him...please if you would do a search, find some posts, something she can use for the memorial service in Texas...
funny things...and any photos...she is wanting some...there may be some here or someone who has some from past canoe trips and Lyme get-togethers which he attended in the past years.
Charlie helped me every day when I first started treatment in 1995---he was always very encouraging, and without his support and shove...I would have accepted the PK dx I got 6 yrs into treatment, and wouldn't have sought out further tx from dr B...(who saved my life...) so..... Having known Charlie from pre-Lymenet days about 15 yrs ago, on Brite's site as some of you may remember.....(if anyone knows where she is...please let her know..she may want to send a card also)
he was a daily help and surely held my hand via cyberspace and phone calls on so many occasions. When he was too sick, or gone on vacation, Jenny would take over his position of hand holding for me...
so that I can send her what she has asked for. I cannot remember his posting name on here other than Buzzard....I haven't been on here for a good long while... so...
all the old timers and all the newbies who knew Charlie please help out??
also, tho Jenny was very appreciative of the online memorial (either here or somewhere online...) she wasn't up to viewing it, but was grateful for his tribute.
She did receive ONE card from one Lymenet member (thank you from her...)
I really appreciate your help and know I will get responses from many members...I thank you ahead of time and if you send some pix, send one or two at a time...I have dial up...but certainly will appreciate your help here..
and as timely as possible would be much appreciated for Jenny and Charlie's family

Lots of info also on www.lymefriends.ning.com, his page is still up with his comments and photos. There is still a tribute on the front page too.

If you are logged in with charlie's password, you can click on "my profile" at the top, just under the LymeNet Flash logo. Then you'll be on his private message page.
