I'm positive lyme by Igenex.
My kids never had a tick atached nor been out of the metro.

Lately none of them are in a good health.

Yesterday my son had fever 101 and also side neck pain and hedache when coghin ,diarrhea and stomack pain.
Pediatrician was thinking that is virus going around.
And very frequently have rash on the body and will scrach iven if he gat sweat.

He is sweating alot lately.

My doughter has alot of scratching and has papules with white matter under the skin in her extremities and body month ago complained hadache now no symptoms.

Pediatrician told me she has eczema.

Is it posible that my kids got infection from
me they stay on my head all the time huging ang kissing me but not lately after IgG+ I avoid them.

And what will be the best thing to do for them.

You kids can't get lyme from hugging or kissing you.

However, gestationally-transmitted tick-borne infection might be possible. Do you know when you were infected? When pregnant or while breast-feeding?

Have they ever been bitten by a tick?

Discuss this with your LLMD. Most other doctors have no clue.

I do hope they feel better soon. Good luck.

Yes, I have some ideas. First of all, there truly is no way to know that your children never had a tick attached. They can literally be the size of a period at the end of a sentence. There simply is no possible way to know.

I don't know how long you have had Lyme, or how old your kids are. But Lyme can be transmitted through pregnancy and breastfeeding.

There are no specific areas where you can get lyme. I mean, people in all states can contract the disease. The disease can be carried and contracted by other insects besides ticks, such as fleas and mosquitos (I am not positive about this, but I do know that many LLMDs believe it to be true).

I do not think there is any way that your kids could "catch" lyme disease from you by hugging you and kissing you.

I would not be worried about them catching it from you, but perhaps they have it from their own tick bite. However, your son could have a virus of some sort which would cause his symptoms.

There are rashes that are associated with Lyme and coinfections, and my children (who have Lyme) also have rashes. Headaches could be a lyme symptom but also could be from other things. It is so hard to tell if you kids could have lyme.

Basically, if you are concerned, the best thing to do, in my opinion, is get them to an LLMD and have them tested through Igenex. I wish you the best. JL

I think the best thing to do for them is to NOT avoid them. Hugs and kisses are good when you don't feel well and even when you do!

I have two kids with congenital lyme. I passed it to them during pregnancy, because I didn't know that they were sick.

But, the hugging and loving doesn't pass Lyme & Co infections. . so if they have gotten it from you congenitally, that has already happened. Kids get really scared by having a sick mom, even if they don't show it.

So. . keep up with the love. I hope you find a good LLMD who will check the kids. Post in the area for find a doctor, too!

You can check to see if they have Morgellons.

Wash hands and feet with Dawn or lemon juice. Look with a micro magnifying glass - not ordinary magnifying glass - after air drying, esp. between the toes and on palms.

If you see tiny black, red, blue or white fiber looking organisms-that is Morgellons.

And should also suspect Lyme if they have them.
