I got something in the mail today or yesterday. Just looked at it today. Its a class action law suit against UHC. It mentions Igenex and various other things. Its all law talk, so I don't understand some of it.

It involves anyone who has had UHC from back in the 90's all the way until Nov of last year.

Is this old news or am I just now getting this info?

It is igenix not igenex, they are two different things. The one in the class action suit is a database they used for rates.
