I take a number of supplements and I was just wondering what brands you would recommend for specific vitamins that you take.

What do you think about metagenics, xymogen, pure encapsulations, carlson?

Thank you!

springshowers,

It is okay for you to post the name. But if you were selling it, we would probably not let you post the name unless you were asked some kind of open-ended question like in this topic.

Moving to General Support. Medical Questions has been too crowded with non-Lyme questions lately. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Thank you all for your responses. Thank you Smile for the link ...very helpful.

I was hoping that you would all state the specific vitamin (i.e. magnesium, milk thistle, etc.) that you use a specific brand for, if you are using more than one brand for your supplements.

Thank you so much. I always learn a lot from you guys!
