It has now been one year since I beat Lyme and coinfections!!!
I still take vitamins and minerals including iron, and those for KPU and I always will. I also still take Armour Thyroid. I take things for detox .... I rotate what I take, things like ALA, milk thistle, cleanses, homeopathics, resveratrol, etc.
I've also been using homeopathic detox with infrared light. I think ongoing detoxification is important for all of us .... really, for anyone, but especially for those of us who were sick with such a bad biotoxin as Lyme and have taken all those toxic medications.
It's been great being back to normal again. I'm teaching about 10 hours of pilates per week and working out myself. I'm taking care of my family and home. And I take care of myself. It's great to be living normally again and leading an active lifestyle! Keep fighting, this can be beat!!!

Wow. And wow. I am envious. You gave me encouragement with this post, and a reminder of "detox". Thank you.

Thanks for sharing. Also, thanks for helping all of us who are sick or have a family member who is sick.
I'm sure you could be doing something else with your time, but you have chosen to stick around.

Thanks everyone!! I've been off medication (except thyroid) for two years next month and symptom-free for a year. It really feels good and I never thought I'd be here as sick as I was.
