Been a long while since i've posted any updates...mostly because i have been at a standstill in treatment since around February this year.
Got to a point where i had to deal with some of the psyche stuff and brain chemistry. i am doing that and making some progress. For those that recommended Dr. B in Red Bank i now know how lucky i am to live in NJ...thanks for that
I also switched LLMDs in June...thanks for the nudge everyone...and so far she is looking more deeply and trying different things. had my fisrst CD57(yeh i know but i still wanted to know)...anyway it was 80. My new LLMD is busting my @ss about my diet and so far i am doing better with that..not that i was bad to begin with.
i am drinking apple cider vinegar 2x a day to deal with yeast...not to bad and cheap so its worth it.
Anyway i still have plans on being a success story before 2010 is through. i am now at that 2 year mark for treatment and i have gotten better no doubt...juts not 100% well. So hang in there and keep plugging away, keep excercising and eating well....
keeping the faith,
Dave

Way to go, Dave! I am glad to see you are still trucking!
My mother in law kept apple cider vinegar in her fridge. I saw her drink a teaspoon of it every morning and thought it an old wives tale.
I write to her now and then. Last month I got yet another letter from her in Texas complaining about all the news people hounding her. She is 102 and known for her homespun remedies and helping others.
I have the vinegar....now how do I get it down without choking!
