I don't know of any way that is public... like a website or what ever.
If your message isn't private and personal, you might want to ask ILADS if they know a way to contact him or could forward a request to him to have him contact you?
I would NOT send ILADS anything confidential though or anything you are absolutely counting on to get through.. it might not make it to him.

There is another Dr B in NY who is excellent.
I'll pm you his website-he has an article on the homepage about Lyme that he wrote.
