Or ten! Im down in my back again. My fault. Too much sitting at the computer. I got up and walked around frequently but apparently not enough.
So here i am flat on my back. Lots of heat. I HAVE to be better by thurs because my son won 1st place in our county conservation district poster contest and theres an awards banquet that night.
Im so mad at myself..please send me a hug. [Frown]

You'll make it! I'm sure of it!! Congratulations to your son!!

Do you have any muscle relaxants? Will that help any?

How about having your husband get you some bromelain or curcumin?

I'm so sorry you are in such pain! I hate pain!!

Don't recommend over doing it on the computer. But, I have mine next to my bed and lay down to be on it.

I still need to keep it short.

I can stand for a brief time now. Im getting there. If i dont get in a rush ill be better by thurs. Cant hurry this.

More hugs.

Try some Qi breathing....

If you have to lay down, fine. but if you can stand.... stand with feet shoulder width apart. Imagine your feet planting into the earth, and imagine your head lifting up toward the heavens. Center and calm yourself. Breathe in (thru nose) deeply into your lower abdomen, and exhale (from mouth) fully. As you take these breaths, imagine inhaling fresh, nourishing air, and imagine exhaling through your painful area.

If possible, take an epsom salts bath. You will be good for Thursday.

Best,
Tammy

I so wanted that epsom salts bath! I managed a very fast shower. Still cant sit for long and cant stand on my feet for longer than a minute. Im sick of lying around. Gonna have to get up soon or im going to get in trouble with my muscles. When you have back problems you have to MOVE. Ill make it tomorrow nite but might be back to square one afterwards. It will be so worth it.

Aw, bless his heart. I dragged myself out of bed today because today is my son's birthday and I wanted to get him some goodies and a gift.

It's all about the babies, that's my great motivator!!

Hugs to you - for today, and always!

This has been another of these times. Yes julie..it is about our precious children. Im so so very lucky..and not a day goes by that im not grateful for that.
