I talked with some one in her building. The flu bug is going around there. She says she had it and you just don't move for two days.

KAM, posted on the exercise thread on how she is feeling.

Thanks guys and gals. Boy will I be glad when I can walk in the woods again even if it is for only 10 min.

Thinking of you today JD. Isn't yesterday the day you were getting the rods out??

Goofed up and answered the door today. It was a neighbor. She just got over this crud as she called it then said she still had it.

She said it had been a week before she was able to do anything but it was still hanging on.

The talking part was too much. Of course Rosie made an escape out the door into the hallway.

She is getting cabin fever. She went into the apartment of this guy who has a bird. Didn't even care that I was in my PJ's in my power chair ...couldn't really tell what was going on.

Just knew I needed to leash up Rosie and get her back home.

Able to eat a few bites of GF pancake mix and applesauce and a GF almond butter and pure fruit jam sandwhich.

Sleep would be help. Maybe tonight.

Even with the sleeping cocktail I am not sleeping...but usually go through that for a week about once a month anyway.

I am really grouchy.

No more of the teeth chattering but from past experience have learned that I need to lay low or the body does that..even if I try and take a hot sit down shower.

Taskes the body too much I guess.

Still cold though and hot.

Oh KAM, I hope you feel better real soon! You most certainly do NOT need this on top of all you have been going through already all this time!

Appreciate the care and concern. Must admit that times like this I sometimes think that guy in England had the right idea when he took his life.

Have no plans for doing that nor the tools to do so or courage.

I know you and others are also struggling so and making the best of it.

the neighbor that stopped by wanted me to type a letter for her. My brain has not come back to being able to do things like that yet.

Can't look at a paper and type it up. That skill I once had has not come back yet.

Just a reminder of how low functioning I am and not liking it it.

Need to wait things out. They will get better. It just seems like when we are down it has been this way too long.

While out taking Rosie to toilet last night via the power chair...I saw a few businesses named after the town...so and so automotive or so and so plumbing etc.

The name of the town looked familar to me but couldn't place it.

It was the same when I first moved here...I saw the name of the town on certain things and thought oh I know that place from somewhere.

Sheesh. Sad state of affairs to be in.
