thanks all.. are the ones you guys use without any alcohol? how about coloring? any other ingredients i should look out for? i'm chemically sensitive too.

PerioWash is alcohol free. It has a bunch of herbs and such in it. It is really mellow as far as the flavor goes. I was on high doses of prednisone along with another toxic medication (poison) before I got my true diagnosis of Lyme disease, and at times my mouth was so sensitive I could not brush, because my gums would bleed really bad. This mouthwash cleared it all up.
