Thanks, steve, daisy, and phyl. As you all know, it's a journey. I am short on details, phyl, because I can't really say anything too detailed without coming off sounding just wrong, if you now what I mean.
I've gone through "the usual", and my stopping abx had to do with a candida infection. I just followed the protocol as Rx'd by my llmd. Various abx, etc.
I am now in a maintenance phase, officially! By the way, this has been since September.
I am even food shopping again.
