A co-worker and friend of mine developed this iphone/ipad app for me after seeing me suffer everyday at work. It allows the user to track daily symptoms and medications and then print or email them for the dr.

In addition, a portion of the sales from iLog Lyme will be donated to the International Lyme and Associated Disease Societies as well as the Michigan Lyme Disease Association.
