i heard through the lyme-vine something i wish i heard years ago...........if you are herxing too hard alkaselter (especially the gold one- if you can find it [Smile] ) greatly reduced the herx feeling. i did not believe it until i tried it. it greatly helped the body pains, but did not help the headache.
