The candida diet states that vinegar should be avoided. However, I read a couple of things recently that seemed to indicate that apple cider vinegar might be ok.. Is this true? Or am I correct that all vinegars should be avoided?

Yeah, it's not great.. but I'm trying to make my own salad dressing..sometimes I get sick of using just lemon juice & extra virgin olive oil. I eat salad just about daily or sometimes twice a day, so I'm looking for dressing ideas.
Thanks!

If you are allergic to yeast - a true allergy - then you should stay away from any sort of vinegar.
