Between the meds and supplements, I have noticed more so than usual, I feel like I am going to gag if I stuff one more pill in my mouth.

Yesterday I only took the meds I have to. I know this is not a smart trend and will get back on everything...but GAG!!!

The IV Rocepgin seems easier...

My former Lyme doc had me taking 100+ pills every day (really!). Not only was it draining my bank account, but I experienced no appreciable relief of symptoms and it was making me extremely depressed.

I feel much better today on about 10 supplements plus pulse antibiotics and mepron. Much, much better.

Some docs recommend you skip supps altogether every 4th week so you don't become sensitized to them and to give your liver a rest...so don't feel bad if you don't take them all the time!

I didn't take any of my pills last night. My stomach was a mess and I just couldn't do it. [Frown]

I think I would have done better to skip a whole week than to take meds this last week half-a**ed. Between just not wanting to take another one and throwing up Tuesday night ....it just would have been easier!

Thanks for your posts....I won't have horrible guilt...I may pay later.....oh well.

Yes, I do. My vitamins and supps are mostly horse pills and on those days I won't take them.

I change up my vit, minerals, supps etc every couple months. I don't take a boatload of stuff day in and day out. Ex: I might take milk thistle for 2 mths and then take a month off and do some other supp like chlorrela daily.

I'm not a regular abx user but I do know when my liver needs some TLC.
