I read that red meat is no for the anti-yeast diet somewhere on here. I'm not being too strict with meat - just eating organic, grass fed, etc. I am assuming lamb is ok? Not that I have a choice - going to boyfriend's family's house for Easter and she is preparing lamb. --------------------

Pretty sure it is. I love lamb! Happy Easter! (and a blessed Good Friday) -------------------- --Lymetutu-- Opinions, not medical advice!
